The Community...

The Lower Kingshill Management Co-operative is a residents group. It has taken responsiblity for repairs, so tenants get a better service. 

• LKMC was set up by residents living on the Lower Kingshill Estate
• Made up of tenants and owner occupiers
• A represenataive body for residents
• Run by a board of up to 18 directors
• Recognised and funded by the Stroud District Council

All LKMC board members are unpaid volunteers. Their motivation is to improve the living conditions and the environment for everyone on the estate.
